Delivery Steps
Below are the steps that your order follows from the time the order is placed until delivery. Most orders are in stock, and are generally delivered in 2-4 weeks from when the order is placed. Smaller items ship via common carrier (ex: FedEx). You will receive tracking information upon shipment. Larger orders ship via a Professional Furniture Delivery Company and include Free Delivery & Setup. For larger shipments, you will be called to have your delivery time and date scheduled. 2) Ordered From Manufacturer:
Product has been ordered from the manufacturer's warehouse. Feel free to check in with us on delivery times.
3) En Route To Shipping Company:
Your order has now been shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse to the delivery company, that will be delivering the items directly to you.
4) Preparing for Shipment:
Your order has been received by the delivery company, and is currently being inspected and packed with extra materials to ensure safe delivery.
5) Routing:
The delivery company will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date.
