Terms of Service
It is our number one goal that all our customers have a very enjoyable and positive experience working with Mazel Tov Furniture. Please read our terms and conditions carefully and contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We will be happy to discuss anything with you. All products we sell are new, undamaged, and never been used. Most of our products are in stock allowing for fast shipment.
There are no taxes charged, except for New York State residents. We do not collect sales tax for states outside of NY; however, you may be responsible for reporting your purchase and paying sales tax directly to your state.
Shipping is always free to the 48 continental United States. We do not make deliveries outside of this territory to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico at this time. However, we will deliver your order to a freight forwarder of your choosing (it is the customers responsibility to arrange the freight forwarder and pay all shipping fees to the freight forwarding company). The price you see on our website is the final price you pay. There are no additional fees or hidden charges! Certain areas inaccessible by our delivery trucks and require other delivery methods, for example renting a smaller truck to make the delivery or taking the items to an island that can only be accessed by boat, will require extra fees.
All orders will ship with one of the following two delivery methods:
Large Items: The majority of furniture offered on our website falls into this category, and always ship with Free Delivery & Setup! Our trained furniture delivery specialists will schedule your delivery and will deliver your furniture, unpack it, and assemble it in your room of choice at absolutely no extra charge!
Small Items: Small items are classified as an accent, nightstand, lamp or similar items. These items will ship via UPS or Fedex. The order will be delivered and brought to your front door (or building entrance). Please note, all Bush Furniture products will ship via this service.

If your order has already shipped from the manufacture, any cancellation will be considered "returns". All items in a cancelled order must be returned. No exceptions.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any restocking fees or delivery costs. Please call 888-221-4446 and choose option 2 to cancel.
Many items sold by Mazel Tov Furniture are ordered from our vendors once you place your order with us. A lot of behind the scenes work takes place as we process your order. We try to keep orders moving through the system as quickly as possible so that you can get your furniture in a timely manner. Once an order is assigned a trip, or is already in transit, it cannot be canceled without the customer paying round trip shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee. Exceptions to this matter are exclusive discretion of Mazel Tov Furniture management. To cancel an order, customer must submit a written request via e-mail to info@MazelTovFurniture.com with the word “Cancellation” in the subject line. To this matter, buyer clearly understands that only Mazel Tov Furniture can manage written cancellation requests following previous described procedures made in a 24 hours period after order placement. Any cancellation of the order after this point will need to follow the Cancellation Policy procedure described. In the event that Mazel Tov Furniture management accepts the cancellation, customer is obligated to a cancellation payment or restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price as well as any actual shipping fees that may apply. The Free Shipping offer is based on the customer keeping the order. Customers are required to pay the original and return shipping costs even if the order qualified for Free Shipping. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the delivery agent's departure. Some of the furniture that we carry arrives disassembled. All shipments are insured against damage. When your order arrives, please take the time to ensure the paperwork is accurate and that the correct item and number of cartons have been delivered. Please also inspect the packaging and the package contents for any shipping damage. Any damage caused from shipping must be noted on the delivery receipt or the insurance cannot be claimed - No Exceptions.
Our furniture specialists are fully trained to offer any assistance to help you in the rare event that an item arrives damaged. We inspect orders prior to delivering them to our customers to make certain that items are in perfect condition. Additionally, our excellent packaging and shipping experience reduces the chances of damage occurring. However, we are in the furniture business and unfortunately damage can happen from time to time. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please save the original packaging and notify us and the shipping company immediately. Damages to items shipped must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately. Depending on the issue we will arrange for a full replacement, or replacement parts, to be rushed out as quickly as possible to the customer. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the original item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item. Concealed damage must be reported to us and the shipper within 24 hours of arrival. In certain instances pictures will be required to review so we may determine if the damaged item is a result of a manufacturing defect or caused by the delivery company. If there is a partial damage or shortage to an order, accept the good items and list damages and or shortages on the delivery receipt. If the product is refused and damage is noted on the delivery receipt; we will send a replacement, or the necessary parts, to correct the problem at our expense. If customer does not allow Mazel Tov Furniture to send a replacement and would rather cancel the order then let us remedy the problem, customer will be required to pay a 25% restocking fee and actual shipping charges. We are not responsible for any damages not reported within 24 hours of arrival. Customer agrees to allow Mazel Tov Furniture, the manufacturer, and/or our shipping agents the opportunity to remedy the damage or defect issue. Customer agrees to accept the remedy selected by Mazel Tov Furniture, the manufacturer or the Mazel Tov Furniture shipping agent. Remedies may include, but not limited to repair by a professional furniture repair technician, part replacements, both repair and part replacements, or a full unit replacement, all at no cost to the customer. If only a portion of your shipment is damaged and you refuse to allow Mazel Tov Furniture, the manufacturer or Mazel Tov Furniture's shipping agent the opportunity to remedy the situation, then please note you do have the option to return the entire order and you will be refunded the purchase less a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping fees. Mazel Tov Furniture will not be held responsible for any in home floors, walls or any other damages caused by our delivery agents.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 5 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. A few of our vendors may be excluded from our return policy. Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item. Special orders where custom fabrics or colors are selected are non-refundable. Bedding and linens are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. To return items for an exchange, or refund, please contact us via email or phone for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We ship items from multiple warehouses across the United States; therefore, it is very important to contact us so we can provide the correct return warehouse address. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped with our "Free Shipping," we will charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges as the shipping charges are included in the price but customer will still be charged the round trip shipping costs incurred by Coleman Furniture. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable unless written exemption was provided by Coleman Furniture. Your will be refunded once Coleman Furniture receives the returned merchandise. Always measure the space you plan on placing the furniture to make sure it will fit prior to making an order.
If an item is determined by Coleman Furniture, or the manufacturer, to be free of defect or damage, however, customer is not 100% satisfied with the product and desires to return the order; customer may return the item(s) they purchased from Coleman Furniture by following the steps outlined below:
Customer must e-mail Coleman Furniture a request for a Return Authorization Number within five (5) calendar days from receiving delivery.
Returned items must be received by Coleman Furniture within twenty (20) days from the date the return authorization is issued.
Coleman Furniture will calculate and provide to you in writing or email, applicable restocking fees and actual delivery charges. A Return Authorization number will not be issued until Coleman Furniture receives written acceptance from customer of all return fees via email or fax.
Refunds, if applicable, will not be issued until item(s) are inspected by Coleman Furniture, manufacturer or an authorized 3rd party agent of Coleman Furniture.
Item(s) do NOT qualify as Non-damaged or Non-defective Return if: a) YOU received delivery of an item(s) with a finish, color or texture that is different from what YOU saw at the Coleman Furniture website, any website other than Coleman Furniture, at a physical furniture store, or recommendations YOU received from a Coleman Furniture sales representative. Finishes and colors online may not accurately represent the true color or pattern. YOU accept liability for YOUR purchase. b) You or a Coleman Furniture representative on your behalf places an order through the Coleman Furniture website and the item(s) listed in the order confirmation are incorrect, YOU are responsible for (1) reviewing the email order confirmation details; (2) notifying Coleman Furniture within 24-hours if YOU did NOT receive the order confirmation email; (3) any errors, typos or inaccuracies in the order confirmation email so that Coleman Furniture may revise the order details to reflect what YOU want to order and where YOU want the order shipped to. c) Should customer refuse delivery because the purchased item(s) cannot fit into home or room(s) by the customer or delivery agents, then the customer is responsible for any/all return costs in accordance with our return policy.
FOR ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS
a) Item(s) must be unused and free from damage, pet hairs, soil, or stains.
b) Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent with a Return Authorization Number affixed to the outside of the package.
c) If RA approved, we will arrange for a carrier pickup date and have the carrier contact customer directly to schedule a pick up date.
d) Item(s) will not be picked up unless properly packaged by customer including patching any holes or re-securing corners, box top and bottom.
e) If customer discards the original packaging, or it was removed from the premises by the Coleman Furniture delivery agent, it will be the customers responsibility to source the similar packing materials and re-packing the unit(s) the same way that it was delivered. The customer will be financially responsible for any item(s) damaged due to inadequate packing materials and/or packing, unless Coleman Furniture can document the returned item(s) were mishandled by the carrier on the return delivery including but not limited to holes and tears in the packaging. Coleman Furniture will provide you with photos of the packaging and re-calculate your refund less the costs to repair or replace the damaged item(s) if applicable.
Full Refunds May Not Be Issued If:
1. The item(s) is determined by Coleman Furniture or the manufacturer to have been used, damaged by customer.
2. If the item(s) was returned C.O.D.
3. If the item(s) is not returned in its original packaging or equivalent.
4. If the item(s) does not have a Return Authorization Number affixed to the outside of the package.
5. If the item(s) are returned with damage and cause of damage is determined to be a result of shipper's mishandling.
We work closely with our vendors and strive to make 100% certain that all product colors, dimensions, and angles are exact; however, there are sometimes small discrepancies. Mazel Tov Furniture will not responsible if any of these are slightly different from what was advertised. All of our information is provided to us by our vendors. Any questions or hesitations based on color or dimensions must be discussed before placing your order, and if not fully addressed, Mazel Tov Furniture will not be held responsible. Always measure the space you plan on placing your new furniture to make sure it will fit prior to placing an order. If an item does not fit in a customers home and needs to be returned, customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee as well as round trip actual shipping fees incurred by Mazel Tov Furniture.
